Your work PC blocks PowerShell (very common on managed machines). Use the plain "Claude Accounts.bat" — it needs no PowerShell at all and does the same job with a text menu. The "(graphical).bat" is the one that needs PowerShell; skip it on locked-down PCs.
Fixed in v2.3+ — the launcher now searches every install layout, the registry, and the running Claude process. If you still see this, you're on an old version: re-download free. On the current version it will simply ask you to paste the path to claude.exe once and remember it.
Fixed in v2.5+ — switching now always brings the right window to the front. Re-download free. Tip: on the latest version you can optionally allow Accessibility (the app offers it once) so switching raises exactly the window you clicked and keeps the others side by side. Instant workaround on any version: press Cmd + ` to cycle Claude windows.
